The Challenge
Building a luxury villa near the sea required special corrosion-resistant materials, salt-air protection for all fittings, and foundation designed for coastal soil.
Our Solution
We used sulphate-resistant cement, galvanised TMT steel, marine-grade CP fittings, and epoxy-coated railings. The foundation was deep pile to handle the sandy coastal soil.
